Recipe Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- Pinch of curry powder
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- Handful of mixed green salad leaves
Method:
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, curry powder, salt and black pepper.Place chicken, grapes, celery and green onion into a large serving bowl. Add the dressing and gently
toss until well combined.
Place the chicken salad on a bed of mixed green salad leaves to serve.
